Any links which are listed under any category or any page in http://del.icio.us will enabled with the rel=”nofollow” function which has the effect that search engine spiders apply no importance to the link for ranking purposes.

In addition to the major sites, consider submitting to smaller, niche-sites like tagne.ws – everything Blogging, SEO, RSS etc.
