I am also an NRI returned to India. I too had a horrible experience with Reliance. Their service is not just pathetic, it is the worst. Even my cable Internet provider offers a better service than Reliance.

I was almost ready to go for Reliance netconnect modem; however, when I was searching for reviews about reliance netconnect, I came across your blog. It was an eye opener for me. I also saw many more negative reviews about this service in other forums. I am glad that you saved me from a frustrating experience. Which wireless broadband service do you think is good?
